I have still not received my order. No notification of when to expect now as max. 5 days has expired.
I ordered alpecin black shampoo and booster set and it got send back to the sender. No reason why it got sent back and no refund.No response from seller also. Superdrug won’t help or so I’m left in limbo £20 down. All I want is my order or refund
Clearly states 2 x 250 on web and my invoice but only received one…no customer service and Superdrug can’t help either as it’s from ‘marketplace’…shocking!!

Item arrived damaged and leaked all inside package, the Jiffy bag had also split postman apologise but that was how he got it
