We send your parcel out the same business day using Royal Mail when you order before 2pm on a business day. Any orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next business day. We dispatch on Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). All orders are sent via a tracked service, and we will provide you with the tracking number in your order. Standard delivery service aims for delivery within 2 working days and Express delivery aims for next day delivery but it is not a guarantee.

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. We will process your refund after we receive the returned products, provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for return instructions. For any products that are not damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We encourage you to use a trackable service as any lost returns cannot be reimbursed. Incorrect or Faulty Products If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please provide details (including photos) within 30 days of when you received the items. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Missing Items We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time. Please contact us so we can organise replacements for missing products.
