Orders placed before 4 pm / 16:00 will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 4:01 pm / 16:01 will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed between Friday evening and Saturday and Sunday are being packed during the weekend; however, they will be collected by Royal Mail on Monday. Orders placed on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. We will supply free samples with every order. Depending on shipping selection, all orders are delivered through either Express Royal Mail Tracked 24® or Standard Royal Mail Tracked 48® Delivery stated is an estimate by Royal Mail, we do not hold any responsibility once dispatched.
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
