Product Uses
3 steps to clean teeth and healthy gums.
1. Brush your teeth with fluoride toothpaste at least twice a day. After brushing, spit out any excess toothpaste and do not rinse.
2. Clean your interdental spaces daily with floss, tape or interdental brushes.
3. Use a flouride Mouthwash at other times during the day.
