In this process, fats, sugars and carbohydrates are removed from the food and bound in a non-soluble form. These bound fats, carbohydrates and sugars do not enter into the metabolic cycle, but are excreted undigested. The calorie intake from fat, sugar and carbohydrates is significantly reduced. Max Strength is designed to be taken orally. The recommended dose is 2 tablets one hour before each meal with at least one glass (250ml) of water, 2 times a day. Take a multivitamin and mineral preparation each day while losing weight and using Max Strength. Max Strength lowers the levels of certain vitamins and minerals absorbed by the body. Preferably take the vitamin and mineral supplement at bedtime to help ensure that the vitamins and minerals are absorbed by your body.
