Christmas Returns Policy

We will be extending our usual returns policy below for customers who have purchased gifts in the lead up to Christmas. If you have purchased gifts from our website or stores during November and December and have exceeded our normal 28 day returns policy, you will have until Wednesday 15th January 2025 to return any unwanted or unsuitable items for a full refund as long as they are returned unused and in a resalable condition.

The below exclusions apply:

  • perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk)
  • medicines and vitamins
  • sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after purchase (unless these items are faulty)
  • Items purchased from Market Place (individual seller terms will apply)

Online Returns Procedure

We hope you’ll love your Superdrug order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt.

This excludes the following:

  • Marketplace Orders - any marketplace returns must always be sent direct to the Marketplace seller. (See below for more info)
  • perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk)
  • medicines
  • items personalised for you
  • sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. This excludes the Superdrug Own Brand 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

You can either return your items to your local store or send back to us via your local post office. To return via your post office, you will need to complete the online form - this can be found at Tracked Returns on the Evri website.

** Please ensure you obtain a printed poof of postage from your post office **


Returning products supplied by a Marketplace seller

If you are purchasing a product which is sold and shipped by a third-party seller on the Superdrug Marketplace, then the terms set below apply.

Any marketplace returns must always be sent directly to the Marketplace seller. Superdrug is unable to process any Marketplace product returns via our warehouse, our online help team or via any of our stores.

To cancel your order or return the Products for a refund, you must contact the Seller and raise a query through your customer account or through the link in the order confirmation email.

For returning the Products for a refund, you will either receive a document labelled "Returns Information" from the Seller with your Products or you must contact the Seller for their returns address, as shall be notified to you by the Seller. You must check the Returns Information document and follow the steps in that document or as directed to you by the Seller to return the Products. Cost for returns is borne by you as the Customer unless otherwise specified by the Seller. Take care to return the Products within the time period specified.

Return to store (UK & Republic of Ireland only)

Returning all or part of your order to store is easy; all you need to do is bring the following:

  • A print out of your Returns Summary (you can find this in the Order History section of "My Account", or click on the link in your order dispatch email)
  • The payment card used to place the order

Return by post (UK)

You can also easily return all or part of your order by post for free using a Evri freepost return label. Simply follow the instructions on the Evri website, here.

Make sure that you get a proof of postage receipt from the post office.

We will send you an e-mail to notify you when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of this email for this credit to appear on your account.

All Health & Beautycard points earned against any item(s) you return for a refund will be deducted from your card balance.

Superdrug is only able to offer exchanges to eligible website purchased products when returned to store. We are unable to offer exchanges on website products returned to our warehouse.


Return by post (Republic of Ireland)

You can also easily return all or part of your order by post for free, just follow these instructions:

  • Print your Free returns label by visiting your Order History in "My Account" when logged in (for UK and Republic of Ireland only), or clicking the link in your order dispatch email.
  • Please detail the product, quantity returning and the reason code as detailed in the return section.
  • Detach the Return Summary and the Freepost Returns Label from the Parcel Summary.
  • Place the Return Summary along with the items you are returning inside the parcel.
  • Attach the Freepost Returns Label to the outside of the parcel by removing the adhesive backing.
  • Take the parcel to your local Post Office.

When you use our Freepost Returns Label, postage is free from UK and Republic of Ireland addresses for parcels under 5kg in weight and 61cm x 46cm x 46cm in size. Any parcels that exceed the weight and size will be charged at standard Evri (UK) and An Post (Republic of Ireland) charges.

Make sure that you get a proof of postage receipt from the post office.

Returning products supplied by a 3rd Party

Some of the products we sell are sent our directly from our suppliers. If your products were supplied by a 3rd party, you'll receive a document labelled ‘Returns Information’ with your order.

Please check the ‘Returns Information’ document and follow the steps to return the product directly to the 3rd party supplier.

Our stores are unable to accept these returns as Superdrug do not handle these products directly
