Suitable from 4 years+: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with breakfast. If desired, can be increased to 2 capsules a day, or as professionally directed.
Can be taken intensively or on an ongoing basis. For those unable to swallow capsules, open and mix contents into cool food/drinks.
For Women is suitable during pregnancy, breastfeeding & menopause. Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free & free from added sugar making it a more natural choice.
