Step 7: Add icicles
Using a white liquid eyeliner, draw three icicles (of varying lengths) under each eye. Then, trace over each icicle with silver glitter eyeliner to add even more sparkle to the proceedings.
Once your icicles have dried, sweep a glittery highlighter under the eyelids using an eyeshadow smudging brush.
Step 8: Highlighter time
Using an iridescent highlighter and an angled fluffy brush, dust the highlighter across your cheekbones, cupid’s bow and the tip of your nose.
Step 9: Sketch some snowflakes
For a cutesy touch, draw a mini snowflake in each inner corner of your eye using a white eyeliner pen.
Step 10: Finish with a pink pout
Apply a pink sparkly gloss to the lips for a muted but magical finish to the Ice Queen look.

If you’re channelling sweet rather than spooky this Halloween, our Ice Queen look has got your name written all over it. In just ten steps, you’ll be all set to wow your subjects with icy blue eyeshadow, frosted lashes and eye-catching icicles.
Step 1: Prime your face
To keep your Ice Queen makeup shining bright all night long, apply primer all over your face using your fingers.
Step 2: Perfect your complexion
Blend 1-2 pumps of long-lasting foundation into your face using a beauty sponge or foundation brush.
Next, apply concealer to any visible blemishes or spots using a concealer brush.
Step 3: Create a frosty flush
To help you control your placement of blush, apply a small amount of pink liquid blush to the back of your hand. Then, swirl a fluffy face brush into the blush and apply it to the apples of your cheeks and the tip of your nose.
Step 4: Ice up your eyes
Apply a light blue eyeshadow shade all over your lids for a brrrilliant base for your eye look.
Next, take a white liquid eyeliner and line your eyelashes before winging it out at the end. Above the wing, draw a smaller line on top coming inwards. Then, add another small line going outwards again to create a zig-zag shape. Now, draw a line along your crease and connect this to the top line for the perfect graphic liner look.
For an extra touch of frost, sweep an icy white highlighter over the lid (don’t forget your inner corner) using a flat eyeshadow brush.
Step 5: Pimp up your wing
Using the sparkliest silver eyeliner you can find, trace over the bottom line of your eyeliner.
Top tip: For more precise application, add a small amount of eyeliner to the back of your hand and apply it your eyelid using an angled liner brush.
Step 6: Get frosty
Take a clear brow gel wand and dip it into the white eyeliner from the fourth step. Once the spoolie is coated, comb the product through your brows for a fun, frosted effect. For your lashes, follow the same step but with a clear mascara wand instead.
