How to: gold smoky eye makeup

Nothing beats the soft glam of a gold smoky eye, and if you pair it with a red lip, you’ll be set to slay at any seasonal party. We asked Nyla Hélène from @kulchicbeauty to show you how it’s done…

Smoke it out

The perfect smoky eye is all about a deep and smouldering crease. Achieve this depth by buffing the central shade from the GOSH 9 Shades To Rock Down Under Palette through your crease, then layer with the top middle shade to darken. Finish your crease by adding a black eyeshadow from the Revolution X Tammi Tropical Paradise Palette to the outer corner.

Go for gold

There’s a gorgeous golden shimmer shade in the GOSH palette that we used to add some Christmas sparkle – totes apprope for party season. Use a flat brush to pack the shadow onto your lid, focusing on the inner two-thirds of the eye. For maximum colour payoff and to help this last all night long, top it off with a dusting of B.
