Ingredients (serves 2)
250ml coconut milk (in the carton, not the can)
200g canned or pureed pumpkin
1 frozen banana
Handful of crushed ice
½ tsp vanilla extract
1.5 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp. agave nectar
1 tbsp. of cinnamon
Toppings (optional)
Squirty cream or whipped coconut cream
Chia Seeds
20g pecans roughly chopped
Coconut flakes

How to make your pumpkin protein shake
Slice 1 ripe banana the day before and freeze overnight
Starting with the coconut milk, add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
Pour into 2 glasses

100g coconut yoghurt
400ml almond milk

Dollop of coconut yoghurt
Handful of strawberries
Handful of raspberries
Fresh mint

How to make your overnight oats
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined (apart from the toppings) and put into an air tight container. Leave in the fridge overnight.
