Product Uses
For best results, apply to a pre-lightened base. Wearing gloves, apply to clean and dry hair ensuring hair is thoroughly saturated. Cover hair with a plastic cap and leave to process for at least 30 minutes. Rinse hair in cold water until water runs clear.

Delivery
Orders placed before 1 pm on Wednesday 18th of December will be delivered before Christmas. Shipped via Royal Mail 48 Standard (2 to 3 working days) and UPS Standard (1 to 3 working days). We aim to to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase on working days however, please give allowances for weekends, national holidays and bank holidays as our offices and warehouse will not be open on these days. Should you be unavailable to receive your order upon delivery, a note will be left by the courier to advise whether your order has been left in a safe place e.g. with a neighbour, or returned to the depot. All risks in the products you order (including the risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall be passed to you when the order is delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
