Superdrug Appetite Suppressant must not be used for longer than 30 days in one treatment period. After 4 days treatment may be resumed. The capsule must be swallowed whole.

supplement your diet with the recommended daily allowance
of vitamin and mineral preparations from A to Z.
Adults: 3 x daily 2 capsules with 2 large glasses of water
(+/- 500 ml) 1 hour before meals.
