Product Information
Artelac Rebalance® is designed to remain on the surface of the eye providing long lasting hydration for all dry eye symptoms by supplementing the natural tear film with essential components.
It is an ideal product for everybody suffering from a range of symptoms of dry eyes such as tired, stressed, burning and/or tearing eyes.

Warning or Restrictions
Do not use if package or bottle is damaged. Do not use after the expiry date. Keep away from sunlight. Consult instructions for use.
Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Wait approximately 15 minutes before using another eye product.
Do not touch the surface of the eye with the tip of the bottle to prevent any possible injury to the surface of the eye or contamination of the solution.
Local hypersensitivity reactions have been very rarely reported. Treatment should be discontinued in such cases.
Product Specification
0.15 % Sodium Hyaluronate, 0.5% polyethylene glycol 8000 (PEG 8000), potassium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, sodium chloride, vitamin B12, water for injection, boric acid and Oxyd® (a gentle preservative that converts to water, oxygen and salt on the surface of the eye).

Product Uses
Apply one drop of Artelac Rebalance® into the eye 3 to 5 times daily, or more frequently if required.
Artelac Rebalance® can be used every day as often as necessary.
