KMC NRG GELs contain 27g of Dual-Charge Carbohydrate, 4 Key Electrolytes and B Vitamins (B3, B5, B6 & B12) so they pack a real punch. If you want to Supercharge your performance, you have come to the right place!
Always think ahead and stay on top of your energy levels, eat pro-actively not reactively, to avoid hitting the wall. Eat well before you start exercising and take your first gel within 30-60 minutes into your activity, take one gel every 30-60 minutes thereafter. Our energy gels are much less viscous than most and isotonic, but we would still recommend having some water. It's a good idea to mix it up with some GEL+ Caffeine energy gels. Caffeine is scientifically proven to boost your physical endurance. (...but don't exceed the recommended GDA).

Delivery
We work closely with our courier partners to give customers the best quality and value service possible. All orders are picked and packed in-house and dispatched by 5:15pm from our distribution warehouse. Order cut-off time is 15:00. Services used include Royal Mail Tracked, DPD, Parcelforce. Other similar services may be used at our discression.
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store. This excludes the following: perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk) medicines items personalised for you sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered) Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
