Some infections affect the lower parts such as the bladder and urethra or upper parts such as the kidneys and ureters. Common symptoms of a urine infection include a burning sensation on passing urine, frequent need to urinate, cloudy urine with an offensive odour, pains in the loins and even fever or chills. the most important factor in maintaining a healthy urinary tract is emptying the bladder completely and frequently.

Product Uses
The SELFCheck Urine Infection Test requires a small sample of urine collected in a clean container. One of the two test strips is immersed into the urine sample for a few seconds and the result read immediately against the colour provided. A second test strip is provided to check whether the infection is still present on a later occasion. It is advised that should you have any concerns or questions about your test result that you consult your Doctor.

For best results it is recommended that the urine sample is taken first thing in the morning.
