Amphora Aromatics Spearmint Essential Oil 10 ml

Spearmint essential oil has similar properties to those of Peppermint but is a gentler oil and so more suitable for use with children. Diluted in a carrier oil it makes a good massage for the abdomen to help calm and soothe the stomach. its refreshing and restoring scent may also be helpful in offering a natural lift if energy levels are low. Naturally clearing, its also a lovely oil to use if you're feeling bunged up from a cold.  A wonderful oil to use all year round but you may find it especially lovely to use in the summer months due to its cooling effects; try adding a few drops to a foot spa to help revive tired feet.  Burning or vaporising Spearmint can help in the same way as using it in massage.
