Warning or Restrictions
Pernaton Gel: For external application only. Avoid contact with eyes or broken skin. Do not use underneath air-tight compresses. Not suitable for children under three years old. Pernaton contains green-lipped mussel extract, do not use if allergic to shellfish.
Pernaton Capsules: Formulated without artificial preservatives, colours or flavours. No added sugar, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, starch, soy or milk derivatives.

Product Uses
Pernaton Gel: Rub into the appropriate areas such as knees, shoulders, hips, wrists or elbows several times a day or as required until absorbed. Once opened use within 12 months.
Pernaton Capsules: As a food supplement for adults take 3 capsules a day. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 6 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Capsules should be taken with food.
