HOW TO USE YOUR PRODUCT WITHOUT THE LELO™ APP - Before the first use, charge your F1S™ V3 for 2 hours. Press and hold the power button to turn it on. Press the button to switch between 4 modes. Use the + and the - buttons to increase or decrease the intensity. Press and hold the button to turn off. HOW TO USE YOUR PRODUCT WITH THE LELO™ APP - Before the first use, charge your F1S™ V3 for 2 hours. DOWNLOAD THE IOS / ANDROID version. Press the button for 3 seconds to turn it on while activating the Bluetooth. All the LED lights will blink simultaneously, showing the Bluetooth pairing. Open the LELO™ APP and locate the toy icon at the bottom of the screen. Find your F1S™ V3 and select ‘’Connect’’. Press and hold the button on your device. Confirm the connection by pressing the button on your product again. Go to ‘’MY LELO TOYS’’ and select ‘’PLAY’’. Choose between three di erent control modes. Select ‘’SETTINGS’’ to configure additional modes. To save your settings for o line use, select ‘’SAVE’’ at the bottom of your screen. Use the drop-down menu to set the default auto power o from 10-20 minutes. You can check the battery level in the upper left corner.

We ship orders the same day, Monday to Friday, for all orders placed before 1:45 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
