One sachet of Spatone, or up to two during pregnancy should fulfil your daily requirement for iron. Can be mixed with fruit juice as iron is more easily absorbed when taken with Vitamin C - ideally dilute in orange juice and take in the morning on an empty stomach. Suitable from 2 years onwards
