Our Formula Combines All Three Macular Carotenoids, Lutein (10Mg), Zeaxanthin (2Mg) And Meso-Zeaxanthin (10Mg) In A Specific Ratio.
Scientific Research Shows That The Three Macular Carotenoids Are Found At The Back Of The Eye, At The Macula, Where They Form The Macular Pigment (Yellow Colour). Meso-Zeaxanthin Is Particularly Concentrated At The Centre Of This Pigment. The Macula Is A Specialized Part Of The Eye That Is Responsible For Our Detailed, Central Vision. The Macular Carotenoids In Macushield Are Obtained From Marigolds (Tagetus Erecta), Specially Grown For This Purpose.
