Ready, set, go! Simply hold the spray 20-25cm away from your face, close eyes and spritz 2-4 times. Pro tip: makes sure you don't miss a bit by spraying in a T shape across your forehead and down the centre of your face and then in an X shape from your forehead, across your eye and towards your jaw.
