    Step 1: Apply one coat of essie’s Strong Start Base Coat to a clean nail and allow to dry
    Step 2: Follow with two coats of any essie polish colour and allow to dry
    Step 3: Finish with one coat of an essie top coat to extend the wear of your manicure
