We offer Standard delivery for UK Mainland customers using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, Express delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Next Day delivery using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Per Royal Mail last Christmas posting dates, and to guarantee delivery before Christmas please select:
Monday 18th December – Standard or Express
Tuesday 19th December - Express
Wednesday 20th December – Express
Thursday 21st December – Next Day
Friday 22nd December – Next Day
Returns Information
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse.
Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a
return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email.
Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
We hope you’ll love your Superdrug Marketplace order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt.
This excludes the following:
perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk)
medicines
items personalised for you
sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RETURN YOUR ORDER WITHIN 28 DAYS OF RECEIPT
1. Next to your items, please select one of the return reason codes
2. You can return your order for free by the following methods:
Royal Mail - Via your local Post Office
3. Enclose this form within your parcel and attach the pre-printed label on the front
Please remember to obtain a Proof of Postage receipt
4. Orders can take up to 10 days to be delivered to us and will be processed within 24 hours of receipt
This returns policy does not affect your Statutory rights.
Please ensure you return your goods unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all
tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact within 28 days.
Please ensure you also return any free gifts that are associated with your return items or the related order.
If the free gift isn't returned, then we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your order.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.
Please use the label provided in the parcel.

All items should be returned along with the completed Returns Note to allow easy identification and
prompt processing.
Please do not apply the returns label directly to the product packaging.
