UK Delivery • Standard Delivery is £3.99 on orders £50 and under. Orders placed before 2.30pm Mon-Fri are despatched same day via Royal Mail 48 (aims to deliver in 2-3 days). Excludes Bank Holidays. • Express Delivery is £4.99 on orders £50 and under. Orders placed before 2.30pm Mon-Fri are dispatched same day via Royal Mail 24 (aims to deliver next day). Excludes Bank Holidays. DPD Delivery • All orders over £50 will be sent via DPD for Free. • DPD deliveries aim to be delivered the next working day when placed before 2.30pm Monday - Thursday. You will receive an email allowing you to track your delivery once it has been despatched. Next Day delivery is not guaranteed in certain outlying areas (please see below) and deliveries do not take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays. • This service is not available in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands. Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands • Where possible we will despatch orders to offshore locations and the Highlands using Royal Mail 1st Class Post and other delivery Services, but please allow a little more time for them to arrive.

We hope you’ll love your Superdrug Marketplace order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt. This excludes the following: perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk) medicines items personalised for you sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered) Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
