CBDfx endeavors to pick and pack orders received before 2pm the same day they are received (Mon-Fri, not including bank holidays). Unfortunately, this is not always possible, particularly in these challenging times. Please note that we do not pick or pack orders on a weekend or bank holiday, so if you place an order after 2pm on a Friday, the earliest it will be picked and packed is the following Monday. If the parcel leaves us on Monday, you should receive the parcel on Tuesday if it's sent out on a DPD next day service, which the majority of our orders are. You will receive an email confirmation once we have received your payment, then another once your order has shipped containing track and trace information. Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. We will be closed from 26th - 2 January and will re-commence shipping on 3 January. UK OPTIONS: DPD (Next-Day) with the exception of postcodes: BT, AB, FK, G, GY, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH and Ze Orders from the above postcodes will ship with Royal Mail 48 hour tracked OVERSEAS OPTIONS: Currently, we are only shipping within the United Kingdom.

We hope you’ll love your Superdrug Marketplace order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt. This excludes the following: • perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk) • medicines • items personalised for you • sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered) Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email.
