We are offering contact-free delivery on all orders. Please note, couriers are busier than ever right now and so there may be some delays with our service, but we are working hard to get orders dispatched as soon as possible.
DISPATCH
We usually dispatch orders placed by 3.00 pm on the same day (Monday-Saturday). Orders placed after 3pm are unlikely to be dispatched until the next working day.
DELIVERY
Our standard delivery option takes 48 hours, depending on the day and time of purchase.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We usually ship all orders placed by 3.00 pm on the same day but due to the current situation, please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We currently offer standard delivery, which is free for orders over £20. This is via Hermes or Yodel depending on the size and weight of your order. Regardless of courier, your order should be with you within 48 hours of purchase.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over £20.
Returns Information
We hope you’ll love your Superdrug Marketplace order but if you want to return
any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in
an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt.
This excludes the following:
• perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk)
• medicines
• items personalised for you
• sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or
hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items
were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been
incorrectly delivered)
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available please raise a
return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email.
