Don’t like this site at all. Any seller or online retailer that does not offer the opportunity to speak to someone on the phone is worthless and will not get any more custom from me

Still haven’t received my purchase ordered two items at the same time only one has arrived not good
Needed to return an item but when speaking to them on the phone they said they do not do returns or refunds as they only provide the good s to Superdrug. Nobody at Mashco or Superdrug can help.

Delivery Information
We offer Standard delivery for UK Mainland customers. Using a tracked 48 service. Orders placed up until 10pm Tuesday 19th December 2023 will be delivered for Christmas.
Returns Information
We hope you’ll love your Superdrug Marketplace order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt.
This excludes the following:
• perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk)
• medicines
• items personalised for you
• sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered). Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
