They addressed my parcel to number 11 Deneve Avenue, instead of number 1 Deneve Avenue. This delayed the delivery but the courier phoned me eventually and I explained I was at number 1. Somebody got carried away with the number and repeated it! I checked my order confirmation email from Superdrug and it had the correct address.

I still have not reieved this order i informed you of this yesterday and ive had no word from you at all!

Sadly my item via Amazon Logistics or Swishship has not arrived. Having enquired with Superdrug as I purchased my item on their website, they are unable to assist as its purchased through Marketplace- I had no idea of just how complicated making an order and not been able to chase anyone (as no contact number) would be. Hopefully as the item is now being returned to seller, we can reach a good outcome with my receiving a full refund. I I will happily update my review
