All mainland UK parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail for Standard shipping services, FedEx for Express and DPD for Next Day. Deliveries and dispatches are made during the working week from Monday to Friday. The deadline for express deliveries is 12 p.m. weekdays. For orders received after 12 p.m. delivery might be delayed by one day.

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store. Items are to be returned at the customer's expense unless an item is faulty – in which case we will refund you in full or send a replacement at no extra charge. The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, and in the original, undamaged packaging. We insist that items are returned to us by a recognised (Parcelforce, DPD, FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL), insured and signed for method in order to avoid loss of the item(s) during return. We cannot refund a returned item(s) that has not been received. Please contact us before returning your item(s) and we will confirm the return delivery address. Please ensure you return your item(s) to us within 21 days from date of purchase. Returns outside this time frame may be accepted at our own discretion. Refunds can only be requested by the purchaser and will be made within 14 days of Fort Store UK receiving the returned item(s).
