Are you scamming me. I cannot afford to lose money in this way and I'm not getting any response from you. Please sort this matter out immediately. I have asked for the missing item to be sent but need to know which scents are available or I will be in the same situation again. This is a time critical order and I'm now deeply dissatisfied but have no telephone number to use or any other options other than attending a store or contacting trading standards. Absolutely beautiful very creamy smells delicious would highly recommend this whipped soap a little goes a long way

Had some problems with my order being delivered, but I had the lovely Mariel put in a replacement order for me. I absolutely love the scents and I’ll definitely be buying more!

Delivery Information

We offer Standard delivery for UK Mainland customers. Using a tracked 48 service. Orders placed up until 15th December 2024 will be delivered for Christmas.

Returns Information

We hope you’ll love your Superdrug Marketplace order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt. This excludes the following: • perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk) • medicines • items personalized for you • sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered). Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipping confirmation email.
