Still not received from the 04.07.23 paid £2.99 delivery charge. Can't get in contact with anyone its now the 17.07.23. Im a card holder & apparently should not have paid delivery fee with orders over £15 BUT Still charged. The chat link that's provided keeps telling me to contact envi when parcel is with royal mail. I would have thought that the seller should be sorting this out & not the customer. I have given 1 star only because wont submit but this is for the bad servise
