We ship to the all areas of the UK. Once your order has been placed it will be processed within 48hrs. Your order will then be picked, packed and shipped for delivery. If you selected express delivery we process this in 24hrs and picked and packed for 1-2 day delivery. If you selected free 3-5 delivery this is 48hrs process time and then picked, packed and shipped for 3-5 day delivery.

Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
