Orders placed before 3pm (UK time) will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after 3pm (UK time) will be dispatched the next working day.

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return your item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. Due to hygienic reasons we cannot accept items that may have been used or opened. The cost of returning the item is payable by the customer unless being returned due to our negligence. Please ensure the item is packaged securely and we advise that you use a recorded delivery service and retain proof of postage as we can't accept liability for goods that may get lost in transit.
