Terms & Conditions - UK eGiftcard

eGift Cards are available for purchase from www.superdrug.com.
eGift Cards are not available for purchase in store (but can be used to purchase qualifying products and services in store).
eGift Cards can be purchased in any value up to £100.
eGift Cards can be used to purchase qualifying products and services online at www.superdrug.com and in UK Superdrug stores.
To use in store, please take your eGift Card barcode (found on your eGift card email) with you and present it at the till.
eGift Cards are delivered via email to the email address provided at the point of order. Common reasons why eGift Card deliveries fail include:
- Invalid email address (please check the email address you provide to us is accurate)
- Spam filter blocked or routed email to a bulk/spam folder (you may need to adjust your email settings)
- Firewall blocked email
- Email inbox is over size limit
eGift Card values should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified to Superdrug immediately. Superdrug will not be responsible for any incorrect values not notified within 3 days of delivery.
Superdrug Health and Beautycard points, Gift Cards purchased instore and eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase or add value to eGift Cards.
eGift Cards can be used in full or part payment for qualifying products and services in Superdrug stores in the UK and online at www.superdrug.com.
An eGift Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card and may not be exchanged for cash or any other gift cards or vouchers.
No change will be given but any remaining balance on an eGift Card may be used for future purchases.
Each time you make a transaction on an eGift Card we update the balance.
The balance on your eGift Card can be checked online at www.superdrug.com (on the checkout page) or in any UK store.
The amount deposited on or redeemed from the eGift Card will be shown on the till receipt if used instore or your online account for online transactions for each transaction.
In the event of a refund for part or full payment of instore and online transactions using an eGift Card, the eGift Card balance will be refunded first.
The balance on eGift Cards must be used within 24 months of purchase. The 24 months may be extended in the event a refund is made to the eGift Card or the eGift Card balance is increased. Such extension will be for a maximum of 23 months.
An eGift Card will automatically expire at the end of 24 months from purchase, save where the provisions of 16 above apply (and the 24 month period is extended), whether or not it holds any balance.
Expired or deactivated eGift Cards may not be reused.
Please keep your eGift Card secure, as if it were cash. Superdrug cannot replace or reimburse an eGift Card if lost, stolen or damaged.
An eGift Card cannot be returned under the Superdrug 100% Happiness Guarantee and cannot be re-sold. This will not affect your statutory rights.
The purchase of an eGift Card orders cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that the transaction process system is temporarily unavailable, we will not be able to process any eGift Card transactions during this time.
Superdrug reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of an eGift Card if, in its discretion, it deems such action reasonably necessary.
An eGift card is valid for Superdrug only and not at The Perfume Shop or any other concessions in any Superdrug store.
An eGift Card is for personal use only and it may not be used for commercial purposes (including but not limited to resale) without Superdrug’s prior written consent).

Terms & Conditions - UK Physical Giftcard

This Gift Card is only valid when activated at the till point of any UK Superdrug store.
Gift Cards bought in any UK Superdrug store cannot be activated online.
This Gift Card can be purchased in any UK Superdrug store with a value up to £100.
Superdrug Health and Beautycard points, physical Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase or add value to Gift Cards.
Valid, activated Gift Cards can be used in full or part payment for any qualifying products and services online at www.superdrug.com and in UK Superdrug stores.
This Gift Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other gift cards or vouchers.

This Gift Card can be purchased in any ROI Superdrug store with a value up to € 100.

This Gift Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other gift cards or vouchers.
