Product Uses
Instructions: Upon opening a sachet, you'll find two PAP Strips. Position the smaller strip on your bottom teeth and the larger strip on top, making sure to tuck any excess strip behind your teeth for an even whitening. After 30 minutes, remove the strips, rinse off any leftover gel, then brush with your regular toothpaste for 2 minutes.

After your first treatment, depending on your desired shade, you can decide whether to use the remaining strips to complete a 10-day course or save them for when you feel your teeth need a whitening top-up.
