Delivery
Delivery – we offer a 24hr & 48hr tracked service. Please note that delivery times can take longer than usual during peak periods or bank holidays like Christmas, due to the increased volume of deliveries during this time. Please note that if you select the 24-hr service and place any order before midday Monday – Friday it will arrive the next day. Any orders placed from Friday afternoon – Sunday should arrive on Tuesday (If you have chosen a 24hr service) or Wednesday (If you have chosen a 48hr service).
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
