Delivery Options & Prices We are pleased to offer same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 2pm GMT. Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Please note that our warehouse does not operate on weekends or on UK bank holidays. Orders placed using our Standard Delivery service take between 2-3 working days to arrive. Orders placed using our Next Day Delivery service will arrive the next working day when placed by 2pm Monday-Friday. This service is only available for UK orders.
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
