All UK Mainland orders over £29.99 will be eligible for FREE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY, on orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched next working day. Orders placed after 2pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday. Exclusions: Does not include delivery to places that are not on the main island, like the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, and the Isles of Scilly. The other area that most couriers exclude from "UK mainland" are the Scottish Highlands and Islands, which includes postcodes starting with IV, HS, and ZE, and some AB, KA, KW, PA, and PH postcodes. This is simply because these areas take more time to reach. BFPO (British Forces post office) and PO Boxes are excluded. OVERSIZE products will be unavailable for international shipping, and will be subject to a £12.99 delivery fee due to their size and weight

These exclude the following: • perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk) • medicines • items personalized for you • sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered).
