Product Uses
1. Wet hair thoroughly with warm water. 2. Apply a generous amount of shampoo into the palm of your hand. 3. Apply it to your scalp and massage until it lathers. Work the shampoo through your hair but pay the most attention to the scalp. 4. Rinse well. 5. After shampooing, apply a generous amount of conditioner to wet, clean hair. 6. Focus on the ends and avoid the scalp. 7. Leave on for 2-3 minutes. 8. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Delivery
We send your parcel out the same business day using Royal Mail when you order before 2pm on a business day. Any orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next business day. We dispatch on Monday - Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays). All orders are sent via a tracked service, and we will provide you with the tracking number in your order. Standard delivery service aims for delivery within 2 working days and Express delivery aims for next day delivery but it is not a guarantee.
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
