Marketplace Delivery/Returns
Delivery
Standard delivery is normally within 2-3 working days. Express delivery is normally within 1-2 working days. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same working day if they are placed before 10am. If your order is placed after 10am on any Friday or on the weekend, then your item will be dispatched on Monday. Most smaller items are delivered with Royal Mail or Evri. Larger/bulkier items are normally delivered with national couriers including Parcelforce and UPS.
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
