The Scooter Pannier Bag has been specially designed to fit neatly over the armrest of most standard electric scooters and provides storage space for jackets, shopping, medication, snacks, etc. There is a sturdy carry handle at the top of the bag, plus a large adjustable hook and loop tape strip on the back, which fits and fastens securely around the scooter armrest.
