Relaxing, soothing and calming. Beneficial for use in skin care - especially for oily skin, Vetivert is also a good muscle ease and a general tonic.
Features
Vetivert Essential Oil is known throughout India and Sri Lanka as The Oil of Tranquility. Try burning or vaporising it to experience it's lovely, calming action on the emotions and to soothe feelings of anger or frustration. It may also help you to sleep. Used extensively in perfumes - you may find the perfume is more pleasing when diluted. It's also useful as a fixative in oil mixtures. You might also like to try adding a few drops to your bath - this will help to reduce stress and you can relax while you take in its amazingly relaxing aroma. In skincare Vetivert can be blended with a massage oil to help with mental and physical exhaustion, rheumatism and arthritic pain and insomnia. In a cream or lotion Vetivert is beneficial to dry, dehydrated and irritated skin.
Warning or Restrictions
Dilute in a carrier oil before skin application. Keep away from children and out of eyes. Do not take internally or apply undiluted to the skin. For further advice on using essential oils to treat medical conditions, we recommend you seek advice from a professional.

We offer free postage for all orders via Royal Mail 2nd class (UK Mainland customers.) We will be closed from 21st December 2023 through to the 2nd January 2024 so no orders will be processed on these dates
Returns
We hope you’ll love your Superdrug Marketplace order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt. This excludes the following: perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk) medicines items personalised for you sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered) Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
