To turn the egg on or off, press and hold the power button on the toy for 3–5 seconds. Once on, press again to cycle through the 10 vibration functions. For remote play, ensure the AAA battery is inserted, then press and hold the remote's power button for 3–5 seconds. Press again to change the mode. The love egg itself is USB rechargeable, while the remote requires 1x AAA battery (not included).

Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
