Product Uses
Always charge your LYLA™ 2 before first use. Only use original chargers provided by LELO. Before every charge, make sure the DC socket is free from water or lubricant residue. Your LYLA™ 2 features one of the following easy-to-use control interfaces: 3-Button Interface: To turn on and increase vibration intensity, press the + button. Press the – button to decrease vibration intensity. Press the center button of the interface to move through the stimulation modes. To turn off, simply press and hold the – button until the vibrations stop. 4-Button Interface: To turn on and increase vibration intensity, press the + button. Press the ▲ button to move up through the stimulation modes, and press the ▼ button to go back through the modes. To turn off, simply press and hold the – button until the vibrations stop. 2-Button Interface: To turn on and increase vibration intensity, press the + button. To change modes, press and hold the + button for 2 seconds. To return to continuous vibration, press the – button once, and hold this button to reduce intensity until your LELO is switched off. Single-Button Interface: To turn on, press the button twice. Continue pressing to cycle through the powerful vibration modes. To turn off, simply press and hold for around 3 seconds.

Marketplace Delivery/Returns
Delivery
We ship orders the same day, Monday to Friday, for all orders placed before 1:45 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
