Using SONA™ 2 with hand creams or silicone-based lubricants may make the silicone permanently tacky. • SONA™ 2 is fully waterproof, making cleaning simple. Rinse and spray with LELO Toy Cleaner, then rinse again and allow to dry. • Always clean your SONA™ 2 thoroughly before and after each use. You can wash the silicone with warm water and antibacterial soap, rinse with clean hot water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. Never use cleansers containing alcohol, petrol or acetone. • Avoid leaving your SONA™ 2 in direct sunlight and NEVER expose it to extreme heat. Store your SONA™ 2 in a dust-free place and keep it away from products of other materials.

We ship orders the same day, Monday to Friday, for all orders placed before 1:45 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
