Prep: Before using a new Svakom device please fully charge the device, clean and disinfect before using it on your body. Apply plenty of Water-Based lubricant to the device before inserting into your vagina. Operation: Press & Hold S button for 2s. Double press the S button to cycle between thrusting combined with vibration, thrusting only and vibration only. Single Press the UP button to increase intensity and Single Press the DOWN button to decrease intensity. Double Press the UP or DOWN button to cycle between the modes of a function (5 thrusting, 5 vibrating and 5 combined).

Delivery
We ship orders the same day, Monday to Friday, for all orders placed before 1:45 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
