Product Uses
Prep: Before using a new Svakom device please fully charge the device, clean and disinfect before using it on your body. Operate: Press and Hold S button for 2s to turn ON/OFF. When turning on the product, it will enter standby mode and search to connect with the SAVKOM App on a smart device. To control the product manually, single press the "S" button and it will enter the default mode. Single press S button to switch Vibration Intensity. Double press S button to switch Vibration Mode. Long press the HEAT button for 2 seconds to turn ON/OFF. Heating function warms to 38°C and in the shaft head only. To Lock: When vibrator is off, long press HEAT and S buttons simultaneously for 8 seconds until lights flash. Vibrator will stay turned off after it is locked. Option 1: Long press HEAT and S buttons simultaneously for 8 seconds until lights flash. Option 2: Charge vibrator. In both situations, vibrator will stay turned off after it is unlocked. Battery Level: When vibrator is on, the battery indicator shows the amount of charge remaining. To view this when vibrator is off, single press the S button. Bluetooth: Enable Bluetooth on your phone/tablet, turn on the device. Open the SVAKOM app, the device should connect automatically. To sync with interactive videos and camming websites download the 'FEELCONNECT 3.0' APP, available in Apple Store and Google Play Store. Marketplace Delivery/Returns
Delivery
We ship orders the same day, Monday to Friday, for all orders placed before 1:45 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
