Prep: Before using a new Svakom device please fully charge the device, clean and disinfect before using it on your body. Operate: Press and Hold S button for 3s to turn ON/OFF. The device will wait to be connected to the APP. The default vibration mode is M1. Single press the S button to switch the Vibration mode. Single press the S button to exit Control: Press and Hold S button for 3s to turn ON/OFF. The device will wait to be connected to the APP. The default vibration mode is M1. Single press the S button to switch the Vibration mode. Single press the S button to exit Bluetooth: Enable Bluetooth on your phone/tablet, turn on the device. Open the SVAKOM app, the device should connect automatically. To sync with interactive videos and camming websites download the 'FEELCONNECT 3.0' APP, available in Apple Store and Google Play Store. Marketplace Delivery/Returns
Delivery
We ship orders the same day, Monday to Friday, for all orders placed before 1:30 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
