Product Uses
Prep: Before using a new Svakom device please fully charge the device, clean and disinfect before using it on your body. Operate: Press and Hold S button for 2s to turn ON/OFF. When turning on the product, it will enter standby mode and search to connect with the SAVKOM App on a smart device. To control the product manually, single press the S button and it will enter the default mode. In default mode, only the shaft vibrates. Double press the S button to use the stimulator only, then again to use shaft and stimulator together. Single press UP button to increase intensity. Single press DOWN button to decrease intensity. Double press UP or DOWN buttons to switch Vibration Mode. When vibrator is on, single press the S button to turn the Intelligent Mode ON/OFF. Intelligent Mode mimics the rhythm of sexual intercourse via automatic changes in vibration mode and increases in intensity over 4 minutes. Press the THRUST button for 2s to turn ON/OFF. Single press the THRUST button to switch thrusting intensities. At least 3 single presses to pause, press again to start at level 1. To Lock: Travel Lock On: When vibrator is off, long press UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously for 8 seconds until lights flash. Vibrator will stay turned off after it is locked. Travel Lock Off: Option 1: Long press UP and DOWN buttons simultaneously for 8 seconds until lights flash. Option 2: Charge vibrator. In both situations, vibrator will stay turned off after it is unlocked. Battery Level: When vibrator is on, the battery indicator shows the amount of charge remaining. To view this when vibrator is off, single press the S button. Bluetooth: Enable Bluetooth on your phone/tablet, turn on the device. Open the SVAKOM app, the device should connect automatically. To sync with interactive videos and camming websites download the 'FEELCONNECT 3.0' APP, available in Apple Store and Google Play Store. With Bluetooth enabled on your phone/tablet, turn on the device. Open the SVAKOM/Feel connect app, the device should connect automatically. Delivery
We ship orders the same day, Monday to Friday, for all orders placed before 1:45 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day. ****We offer Standard delivery for UK Mainland customers. Using a tracked 48 service. Orders placed on standard delivery up until 11.45am Wednesday 18th December will be delivered for Christmas (as long as there are no delays with Royal Mail). Orders placed on a Tracked 24 Service, the last order date for delivery before Christmas is Friday 20 December. If you select Express Delivery, than the last posting date to arrive before Christmas is Monday 23 December. However, these all depend on the courier and local post office, so in order to avoid any disappointment, please order as early as possible.***
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
