Start by fully charging the love egg using the included USB cable. Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the egg for comfort. Press and hold the on button on the egg to turn on/off. Press again to change the function. To use with the remote, press and hold the on button to turn the remote on, turn the egg on, then press the function button on the remote to change functions. Insert the egg gently or position it for external use, ensuring the textured clitoral stimulator aligns with your desired area. Use the remote to cycle through the 10 vibration functions, adjusting as needed. After play, turn off the egg and remote, clean the egg with warm water and a mild toy cleaner, and store it in the provided bag.

We ship orders the same day, Monday to Friday, for all orders placed before 1:45 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day. ****We offer Standard delivery for UK Mainland customers. Using a tracked 48 service. Orders placed on standard delivery up until 11.45am Wednesday 18th December will be delivered for Christmas (as long as there are no delays with Royal Mail). Orders placed on a Tracked 24 Service, the last order date for delivery before Christmas is Friday 20 December. If you select Express Delivery, than the last posting date to arrive before Christmas is Monday 23 December. However, these all depend on the courier and local post office, so in order to avoid any disappointment, please order as early as possible.***
Returns
Marketplace items cannot be returned via Superdrug Stores, Online Help Team or the Superdrug Warehouse. Returns must be sent back to the Marketplace seller within 28 days of receipt. Please use the label provided in the parcel. If no label is available, please raise a return request via your online account or shipment confirmation email. Stores are unable to accept Marketplace returns as the order was placed directly with the seller and therefore a refund cannot be actioned in store.
